Margot Harrington

Recap: 9/2017

Our September Gathering was led by Margot Harrington of Pitch Design Union at Lone Wolf. Margot led a roundtable discussion about positioning yourself as a creative professional; she also shared stories from her process of establishing her business.

Margot is a visual artist working in graphic, digital, print media, and painting. Her work explores the contemporary landscape of Chicago and the internet, intersectional feminism, gender identity, Japanese culture, Scandinavian design, Chinese Medicine, the feeling of falling into color, meditation through art, painting as a response to trolls and internet discourse, art in support of oppressed creatives, and to discover and uplift new role models.
